Employability and Entrepreneurship Development Program:

The 21st-century skills in human resource development have three major components: sharpening the existing skills, imbibing new skills, and training in technology and quality outputs. Thus, the training has been thoughtfully designed and developed to improve domainspecific skills, build employee personality, and enhance presentation skills in accordance with the organization’s system and culture. In other words, personnel need to be trained in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Management) for cutting-edge outputs.
